CSEA is a union for all employees and needs your support. We live in a collective bargaining workplace. Our wages, hours and working conditions are defined by the contract our union negotiates. We have seen attacks on service pay, health care, permanency and pay. Without our union we would be working more for less! Too many employees stand on the sidelines while our rights are under attack. We need your membership, your voice and your leadership.
Fair Share will strengthen our union. We need an effective, well-staffed union to provide protection and bargain effectively. Fair Share will involve all employees in their contract at a lower cost than current union dues.
